Real stories from hiring managers, project managers and DAO contributors we work
Tamara Helenius
Cofounder and Managing Director - The Commons Stack
Through our deep crypto experience and network in the web3 public goods space, we are experts at finding top talent in under-represented markets (South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa).
Whether you're a DAO, startup or large organization, we know how to screen for technical capabilities, remote work acumen, and cultural fit within your web3 organization.
Our team tests for all of the important hard and soft skills needed to work in web3. At the end of the process, we hand you candidates that we know can hit the ground running!
"Zero Risk" means that if you choose the "Full Service" option you only pay if you hire a candidate, and if you choose the "Candidate Stream" option, you can get a full refund after 2 months if you're not satisfied with the candidates you receive.
If you choose the "Full Service" option yes! We'll conduct meetings with your team members to help identify the gap that you're hiring for and help you define the role, title and job description.
Our team has deep roots in the Ethereum ecosystem, and especially the Public Goods space, having helped build the entire Giveth team. In general, we try to find candidates that are in under-represented markets (South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa), which allows you to find top international talent at a subsidized rate (compared to the often inflated typical crypto job market).
If you choose the "Full Service" option, we consider a candidate hired once they sign their contract and pass their initial trial period (which is usually after 30 days).
